Yes! Each plan includes workspace seats, and adding collaborators within your seat limit is free. We believe collaboration is essential to good content, so you should never be penalized for including editors, approvers, or stakeholders.

After 14 days, you can choose a paid plan or your account will be paused. We never delete your data — you can export everything to Markdown, HTML, or PDF at any time. Resume your subscription whenever you're ready.

Absolutely. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your billing settings. If you cancel mid-cycle, you'll keep access until the end of your billing period. No cancellation fees, no lock-in contracts.

Your historical content remains entirely yours. Voice models are trained on isolated private nodes so your text corpus is never leaked or used in public training systems. We offer SOC 2 compliance and a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) for enterprise customers.
